Since 1983 Alan has run a significant private client and commercial practice which specialises in international commercial/corporate private client work. He has been involved in, and advised clients with respect to, a wide range of international matters which include:
Major International Projects
Alan has been involved in numerous international capital infrastructure projects and project financing matters. Currently, Alan is engaged by one of the leading bidders in relation to a major land extension project in Monaco which, it is anticipated, will be one of the largest capital infrastructure projects in Europe
Commercial Contracts
The preparation, negotiation and completion of a wide variety of international commercial contracts including shareholder and joint venture agreements, share sale/purchase agreements, terms and conditions of trading, IP agreements, construction contracts, management agreements, aircraft purchase/leasing/management contracts, appointment of consultants, confidentiality and exclusivity agreements, employment contracts, employee stock options etc.
Acquisitions, Disposals and Projects
The purchase and sale of numerous UK , USA , French, Monagasque and "offshore" private and quoted companies, and assets.
Private Clients
Alan has been involved in the establishment of large family trusts in Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, Channel Islands, Liechtenstein ("Foundations") etc., together with the formation and maintenance of offshore companies in a range of jurisdictions.
Property
On behalf of private clients, Alan has sourced, acquired and dealt with numerous commercial and residential property investments.
Financing
Alan has been involved in numerous financing transactions mainly representing Borrowers in relation to asset finance, property finance, personal borrowing and company acquisitions.
Oil and Gas
Alan has negotiated numerous Concession Agreements, drilling contracts and such like, mainly with respect to the Middle East .
Aircraft
Alan has advised clients and negotiated all documents, with respect to the sale and purchase of numerous aircraft including Falcon 900, Gulfstream IV, Gulfstream IV SP, and Gulfstream V.

Mark Davis
Position: Consultant Solicitor

Mark has advised upon a range of contractual issues and handled disputes across a broad range of industries, including matters arising out of or related to accounting, asset finance, banking and financial services, commodities, construction, derivatives, distribution agreements, employment, energy, engineering, fraud, guarantees, insolvency, insurance and reinsurance, IT, joint ventures, leasing, letters of credit, licence agreements, logistics, metallurgy, naval architecture, oil and gas, planned maintenance, power, product liability, professional negligence, property, project finance, sale and purchase, secured lending, shipping, shipbuilding, supply agreements, surveying and transport.
He is the author of ‘Bareboat Charters' published by Lloyd's of London Press. He has been listed in Legal Business' Legal Experts 2002, 2003, and 2004, and acknowledged as one of the World's leading litigation lawyers in Euromoney's guide to “The World's Leading Litigation Lawyers” in 1998 and 1999.
He has conducted cases before all divisions of the High Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Privy Council, represented clients involved in arbitrations under the rules of the ICC, LCIA, and LMAA, and conducted or overseen proceedings in a number of foreign jurisdictions including Brazil, Canada, China, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Japan, Korea, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russia, Scotland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, and the USA.

Andy Coyle
Position: Consultant Solicitor
Background
Andy graduated with honours in Law from the University of Liverpool. He was also awarded honours in passing the Solicitors Final Examinations.
Andy was admitted as a solicitor in 1990.
Experience and Expertise
Andy specialises in all types of non-contentious property work. He advises on a wide variety of transactions for large and small commercial and private clients, ranging from high-value private client conveyancing to the acquisition or disposal of large development sites.
