Background
Helena
graduated with an Honours degree in Law with French from Queens University Belfast in 2000, where she was awarded the CCH Editions Prize in Taxation Law. After gaining a Distinction in the Certificate in Professional Legal Studies, she completed her training contract with Cleaver Fulton Rankin, a leading Northern Ireland commercial law firm, and qualified as a solicitor in Northern Ireland in September 2002.
Having
spent a brief time working with a barrister in Sydney , Australia , specialising in insurance litigation she was admitted as a Solicitor in England in October 2003 when she joined Davis & Co to specialise in both contentious and non-contentious matters.

has experience of handling contentious and non-contentious matters in connection with business transfers, construction, franchising agreements, insurance, partnership agreements, shareholder agreements, shipping and shipbuilding.
